SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

We ship our products worldwide. Shipping costs will vary depending on the destination, weight, and size of your order. All shipments are made via our chosen courier service and are subject to the terms and conditions of that service.

For Domestic Orders - We aim to deliver all orders within 5 to 7 working days of receipt of payment.

For International Orders - We aim to deliver all orders within 15 to 20 working days of receipt of payment

We cannot be held responsible for any delays or errors caused by the courier service. If your order is damaged during transit or is lost, we will not be held liable. We will also not be held liable for unclaimed orders that are returned to us.

How long will it take to get my orders?

It depends on where you are. Orders processed here will take 5-7 business days to arrive. Overseas deliveries can take anywhere from 7-16 days. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.
